Sound Mirror: Be the knowing of hearing

 

(15:17) Can you be like a sound mirror? Just reflecting knowing whatever it is is arising. Not getting caught or lost in some narrative about sounds you like, sounds you don't like. 

Just be the knowing of hearing, moment by moment.
