Bathe in the unfolding of experience as it arises

Wayne Theibaud - River and Airplane - 1993 - link

Jon Kabat-Zinn, Episode #24 (about 11:30)

But rather our intentionality and attention in some sense invite us and allow us to just be here without any of the baggage, even the meditation baggage we carry with us; to just just  be here and bathe in the unfolding of experience as it arises in awareness. whether it's weather patterns of the mind, storms, turbulence, calmness, clarity, whether it's sounds that are unpleasant, and make you  feel we can't meditate bc they're making so much noise or pleasant sounds that we might get attached to want to be taken away by: the birds or music from afar.  The invitation is just to be here; to rest in awareness, with huge intentionality and effortlessness, no striving, a non-doing, a dropping into being.
