Here's an updated list of monthly "intentions" and focus. I'd like to do a daily check in (and add to my daily journal): What makes you feel more ________ today? Maybe I could collect them in a monthly blog post? Mostly, these are from the 8 Cs and 5 Ps of IFS. I added from LK meditation: safe, happy, healthy, live with ease
- January: Clarity and Healthy
- February: persistence and determination
- March - confidence (and perspective?)
- April - playfulness (and presence?)
- May - gladness and joy
- June - calmness, equanimity, serenity, sanctuary
- July - compassion
- August - curious
- September - courage, fearlessness
- October: creative
- November - connected, connected (and safe?)
- December - patience, ease
